7 Day Cardio/Core Challenge- Day 1 (Upper/Core)

Gyms are closed and classes are canceled. Does that mean you can stop working out and strengthening your core? HELL NO! All you need is a yoga mat, a few sets of free weights, a physioball, and a kettlebell. If you don’t have a kettlebell you can substitute a free weight. So, due to the high demand for home workouts, here's the first installment of a series of workout challenges I'll be uploading. Each one will be focused on either cardio, core, or both. Enjoy!

**Equipment Needed** Free weights (for this video I use 15# and 8#), physioball, yoga mat, kettlebell
