7 Day Cardio Core Challenge- Day 3 (CORE)

Day 3 Cardio Core Challenge is to "Double Down" on your workouts and do this workout either before or after your outdoor cardio. Or, for bonus points, you can go for the Core-Cardio-Core Sandwich where you do the core portion before AND after your outdoor workout! This workout is meant to help you proprioceptively tune in to your core and fire up your metabolism by getting your heart rate up to prepare the body for the demands of your chosen sport.
